Parkour

Enso Elite offers Parkour classes for all age groups. There are four levels including Parkour Minis for children between the ages of 3 and 5. The other three levels accommodate all skillsets from beginners to more advanced learners. The Parkour classes consist of obstacle training courses where they will learn various Parkour jumps and flips to develop body awareness and physical strength.
