Our Classes

Enso Elite Gymnastics offers many classes for all ages. Our programs include preschool classes, tumbling, recreational gymnastics, girls competitive gymnastics, and parkour! Each program has a range of classes from beginners to advanced learners. Be sure to ask about our free trial and evaluation!

Preschool Classes

Our preschool classes are perfect for children ages 3 to 5 years old! Our preschool classes focus on social development and movement education.

Tumbling

We offer tumbling for all ages ranging from brand new learners to those training more advanced skills!

Recreational Gymnastics

Our recreational gymnastics program caters to children of all ages across varying skill levels! Whether your child is new to gymnastics or is ready to work on advanced skills, we can find the perfect fit!

Girls Competitive Gymnastics

Our USAG program trains girls of all ages with varying skillsets from Level 2 all the way to Level 10!

Parkour

We offer Parkour classes for children of all ages. Classes are divided between beginners, intermediate, and advanced based on skill level.

Cheer Prep and Tumbling

These classes are for elementary aged to high school athletes to learn the fundamentals of cheerleading including tumbling, jumps, and body positions.
