We follow all athlete safety policies and procedures established by USA Gymnastics and the U.S. Center for SafeSport.

 

 

Enso Elite Gymnastics maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abuse, misconduct, bullying, or inappropriate behavior of any kind.

 

We are dedicated to:

 

• Providing a physically and emotionally safe training environment

• Promoting positive coaching practices

• Encouraging open communication between athletes, families, and staff

• Responding promptly and appropriately to all safety concerns

 

 

 

 

SafeSport Training & Background Screening

 

 

All coaches, staff members, and volunteers who work directly with athletes are required to:

 

• Complete SafeSport training as mandated by USA Gymnastics

• Undergo criminal background screening

• Maintain current certifications and continuing education

 

 

These requirements are regularly reviewed to ensure ongoing compliance.

 

 

 

 

Reporting Concerns or Misconduct

 

 

We encourage all athletes, parents, and staff members to speak up if they have concerns regarding safety, conduct, or well-being.

Code of Conduct

 

 

All members of Enso Elite Gymnastics are expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

 

This includes:

 

• Respectful communication

• Appropriate physical and verbal interactions

• Proper supervision of athletes

• Compliance with all USA Gymnastics policies

 

 

Violations of our code of conduct may result in disciplinary action.

 

 

 

 

Education & Prevention

 

 

We believe prevention is key to athlete safety. Our staff participates in ongoing education related to:

 

• Athlete welfare

• Abuse prevention

• Mental and emotional well-being

• Injury prevention and safe training practices
